Delivery Policy

At Aqurex Web Dev (aqurexwebdev.com), we sell only digital products – including eBooks (PDF/EPUB) and WooCommerce/WordPress templates (ZIP files). No physical items are shipped. This Delivery Policy explains how you receive your purchased products.

1. Delivery Method – Instant Download

Immediately after your payment is successfully processed, you will be able to download your purchased digital products in two ways:

  • Order confirmation email – Contains secure download links for each product.
  • My Account page – If you created an account, you can access your downloads anytime under “Downloads” or “My Orders”.

No physical shipping or tracking number is provided, as no physical goods are involved.

2. Delivery Timeframe

Download links are sent instantly (typically within 1–5 minutes) after payment confirmation. In rare cases (e.g., payment verification delays, technical issues), it may take up to 15 minutes.

If you have not received your download links after 30 minutes, please check your spam/junk folder first. If still missing, contact us at support@aqurexwebdev.com.

3. Download Expiration & Attempts

For security and bandwidth reasons, each download link is valid for:

  • eBooks: 7 days from purchase date (up to 3 download attempts).
  • Templates: 14 days from purchase date (up to 5 download attempts).

We recommend saving the files to your computer or cloud storage immediately after downloading. Expired links cannot be automatically renewed – please contact support if you need a reset (proof of purchase required).

4. File Formats & Requirements

  • eBooks: Delivered as PDF or EPUB (compatible with most devices: computers, tablets, e-readers, smartphones).
  • Templates: Delivered as .ZIP archive containing theme files, documentation, and sample data. Requires WordPress + WooCommerce installed for use.

You are responsible for having the appropriate software to open these files (e.g., unzip utility for templates, PDF reader for eBooks).

5. Delivery Issues & Failed Downloads

If you encounter a broken link, corrupted file, or any other download problem:

  1. Try downloading from a different browser or device.
  2. Clear your browser cache and try again.
  3. Contact us within 7 days of purchase at support@aqurexwebdev.com with your order number and a description of the issue.

We will provide a replacement download link or an alternative solution as quickly as possible.

6. Incorrect Email Address

You are responsible for providing a valid, working email address at checkout. If you enter an incorrect email, you will not receive the download links. In such cases, please open a support ticket with your order number and the correct email address – we will manually resend the links after verifying your identity.

7. No Physical Shipping

We do not ship CDs, USB drives, printed books, or any physical merchandise. All products are delivered electronically only.

8. International Delivery

Since delivery is digital, there are no customs, duties, or shipping delays regardless of your location. As long as you have an internet connection, you can download your purchase anywhere in the world.

9. Changes to This Delivery Policy

We may update this policy occasionally. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
