2. Currency & Pricing

All prices on aqurexwebdev.com are listed in United States Dollars (USD). Your bank or payment provider may apply a currency conversion fee if you pay from outside the US – you are responsible for any such fees.

We reserve the right to change product prices at any time without prior notice. However, the price you see at checkout is the final price you will pay (excluding any external conversion fees).

3. Payment Security

4. Order Confirmation & Digital Delivery

After your payment is successfully processed, you will receive an order confirmation email with download links for your purchased digital products (eBooks or templates). Please ensure you enter a valid email address at checkout.

If you do not receive the download link within 15 minutes, check your spam folder or contact us at support@aqurexwebdev.com.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy (Digital Products)

Due to the instant, non‑returnable nature of digital products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a product has been downloaded or accessed.

However, if you experience a technical issue (e.g., corrupted file, wrong file format) that prevents you from using the product, please contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will provide a replacement or a solution at our discretion.

Refunds are not provided for “change of mind”, “bought by mistake”, or “incompatibility with third‑party plugins” unless otherwise required by applicable law.

6. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

If you believe a charge on your statement is incorrect, please contact our support team first at support@aqurexwebdev.com so we can resolve the issue directly. Filing a chargeback without prior contact may result in suspension of your access to our products and your account being flagged.

7. Taxes & Fees

Depending on your location, sales tax, VAT, or other transactional taxes may be added to your order. You are responsible for any such taxes that apply to your purchase.
